Jul 27: The Gibbon Return

Dorm quiet, sleep ok, tired. Rose 9:50a. Instacafe in lobby, pretty ghetto. Checked out newnormal - dumpy hostel 11:15a. Ride back to Lazy Gibbon 2 (best spot), stash stuff in 3 lockers, used all locks. Get change for laundry -Annoying custom coin laundry (Oteri), washed Oakleys/Asics 2x20b + 5b deter. HS on terrace while watching boxing, 6set, almost got no touch press. 12:40p ate old bananas. eat Kaosoi place packed, 50b. Easy checkin 1:30p, got bed D2 again. Drove to nearby temple to pray. Noodle Junction, 7/11, big noodles 55b. Shwr, rest. 6:40p fried chk from mkt. Chat w/ son for 70min (likes parkour, airports). CM Gate: smoothie new spot 20b, reg pork spot 60b. Short ride north to night mkt, walked around, less vendors due to rain. Drove back in rain.

Jul 28: Sprint Day

Dorm quiet but messy, sleep rhythm messed. Rose 10a. Laund and sprint day. Found 2 RO's. Oteri laund 40b. Not hungry, mango smoothie n mango 50b. Dryer 50b. Kaosoi 50b. Shoulder still hurts from bike ride. Rode to CM Municipal Stadium. Used clothes mkt detour, got slow smoothie 35b, didn't buy nice black underarmor shorts 150b. Stadium speed WO: jog 2laps ez. Rain started. A drill under cover. Track drizzle, drills, broad jumps x3, accelerations x3. Sprint outside curve x1, sprint straight 1x80m wiped. Cooldown, adv kossacks, pullups on bench canopy 2x7. Playground hang upside down, did flag and inv shrugs to showoff. Student chk spot again 60b. Checked out Pump Fitness gym too cramped all machines. Ride back in drizzle. Shwr n rest. Noodle corner rain started right away 55b. Nothing prod.

Jul 29: Mobility Grind and Site Work

Couldn't sleep, maybe overate? Rose 9:30a. Instacafe, mango. Kaopao nonocorner 60b chk. Neck WO in dorm: back bridge full stretch 2x20, front bridge 2x18, front/back neck hold in full stretch (1st time). Wet deck, no free HS attempts. Yoga warrior 2xx5. Side splits 7set, pretty taxed. 3p try new local spot beef brocoli rice 60b, fried chk takeaway 30b. Shwr, rest. 6p started working on site, published nomadstorage blogpost, fixed z-index bug. Late night: ride to BigC, beer, night bazaar (rain, another beer). CM Gate smoothie and reg pork spot 80b. Maya life center. Gas top up 80b. Malin night mkt (closing late). Rode back in rain-owned the night.

Jul 30: Booking Logistics

Bloat again. Woke 9a, tried, rose 10:10a lazy. Booked 2n more 150b (higher rate). Booked KTM hostel Aug 9 (3.8usd). Returned bike to Budget Catcher, new guy checked it thoroughly, had to show photos. Food court chk kaopao 50b. Chat w/ owner Jay owner about options, new Pai sister hostel. Chat w/ 50yo NZ guy (makes AI music), said I need to open up more. Nono corner smoothie/kaopao 100b, fried chk 30b. Heavy rain. Shwr, rest. Noodle corner at 9p.

Jul 31: Heavy Lifts, Flight Change

Sleep better, comfy. Rose late 11a. Instacafe, mango. Reg kaosoi 50b. Walked to CM stadium for leg training. Use student gym for 20b. Front Squat up to 135x9. Back Sq 255x3 (felt real heavy, poor rack setup). Bulg split squat (BSS) w/ bar btw leg 155x5. Adv kosscak w/ DB 1x8. Leg Ext 2x20. LP full stack x10 ez. HS upside down 3x2min, almost fell and got paralyzed. Student chk spot 60b, tip 20b. Bought black underarmour shorts at used clothing row 150b. CM Gate smoothie. Thai Lion Air rescheduled flight by 1 day, now on Aug 10. Changed KTM hostel date but cant change DMK hostel. Noodle corner 60b, Thai tea 19b. Felt pretty good despite weak squats.

Aug 1: Free Handstand and Bad Haircut

Couldn't sleep from Taiwan bubble tea. Rose 10:30a lazy. Instacafe, mangos. Finished weed. Terrace WO: HS and flex, kicks, spin hook kick water bottle. Free HS (1 clean) out of 20 attempts. Yoga warrior 2xx5. Side splits 5 sets. Pretty serious workout, feel wiped. Smoothie at Muay Thai gym 35b. Found chk fried rice 65b. HC at 80b barber (cheapest, but crap cut, rush, didnt want to cut top and no neck shave). Shwr, rest. CM Gate reg smoothie, beef rice w/ no veg 90b.

Aug 2: Staying Put and Symptoms

Bad gas after bed, couldn't sleep. Rise 10:45a, late checkout. Mucus and cough. Late checkout at 12p, hostel super chill, nobody said anything about 11am checkout time. About to move to Lazy Gibbon 1 but asked Jay to stay instead of moving, he was super chill, said NP - sweet Lazy Gibbon is the best! Unpack and booked last 3n before KTM flight. Considered fasting. Found weed shop 1g/200b (most so far, needed for symptoms). Noodle corner 55b solid. Chat w/ tall NZ guy on terrace, smoked expensive weed 200b. He said I look 28yo! Mary restaurant w/ NZ guy 8:30p: chk fried rice, small Chang 115b (huge rice portion). Shwr, bed early.
