This week was a turbulent blend of extreme physical output (a massive double-session), severe injury (peeled foot soles), and intense coding (creating new site tools), all while navigating multiple hostels in Chiang Mai.

Kaosoi chk 60b. 8p CM Gate reg smoothie, Kaopao 90b. Walked Sunday Night Mkt (huge). Bought Thai flip flops 80b (replacing stinky Hue pair). Felt bit lonely from night mkts. Worked on nextcity tool.
Jun 30: Tuf Training Day and Shock
Dog barking constantly. Woke 9:30a for solid free bfast (3.5 eggs). Work on site pillars freedom post and new tool. 1p Speed Day at CM Stadium: Mups (muscle ups) 1x3 ez. Jog lap 90s, 100s. 8 drills. Broad jumps 3x4 (over 2 lanes). Stride to sprint outside lane 3 reps (foot peeled, used shoes). Adv Kossacks. Pull Workout w/ Thai guys: Mups 2x3, forearm hold 3set, 1-arm row 2x15, inv shrug to back lever 3set, FLPU 2x5, inv situps 6, 8. ~1h40min total for both sessions. Ate at student place 60b (tip 20b). Limp back to hostel, hardest training day in long time. Shwr, rest (physical shock). 8p CM Gate smoothie. A-roi Kaosoi deluxe 70b, 2 more smoothies 30b each. Kaopao 60b (waited 30min). Bad diarrhea, shit almost 5x.
Jul 1: Pain and Hostels
Dog barking. Woke 9a, in bit of pain (lumbar ache and both feet soles peeled from hot rubber track sprints and jumps). Check out Agga CNX 11:50a. Scrape teeth, lite stretching/Tai Chi (needed). Left around agga cnx 12:00p (ditched smelly Hue slippers). Checked in Happy House (109b fan dorm, top fl, cranky woman, basic hostel). Decided to book Nonoteru tomorrow for 360b/2n. Food: Smoothie 40b, tray vegan food 40b (surprisingly good). Soles hurting more, can't walk good. Shwr, rest. Soles in serious pain. 8:45p CM Gate: 2 smoothies 60b, pork chilli rice 50b. Washed soles, used Tiger Balm and elec tape (right sole not tore, just a big black bubble on sole ball).
Jul 2: Nonoteru return Recovery and Foot Surgery
Slept ok (no AC/foot pain). Rise 10:30a. Checkout 12:10p (paid 20b for towel). Walked to south moat, tried busy outdoor place, left after 30min wait. Checked in Nonoteru (ez checkin, shit lockers, got locked out briefly). Shwr, rest. Cut large skin flap off, used alcohol spray on foot sole. Nap hard (CNS recovery). 7:20p Taped up foot w/ electrical tape. Smoothie 40b, Kaopao 60b (can't explore w/ foot problem). Common room packed w/ chinks can't work. Vegetated in bed, slept 12:30a.
Jul 3: Healing and Dumplings

Jul 4: Medical Grade Cream

Created tool template. 8p Walked to CM Gate (foot almost back to norm). Smoothie, weed store 100b 2 small joints, got store sticker. Curry pork 55b (waited 30min, real busy from Sat Mkt).
